Throughout the entire day there are group training that includes; Core workouts, functional training, circuits and yoga. There are four professional trainers in the gym available for individual training and the gym’s shop offers everything you might need for your workout.
The sophisticated locker rooms offer clean and spacious showers, and hotel-standard sauna facilities. Free breakfast is offered to those arriving on weekdays.
