Nautilus Plus – Place Victoria is an old school gym. But don’t let yourself be fooled by the looks, it has all you would expect from your regular health club. All racks for free weights, large dumbell area, cardio machines, cable machines and most importantly, smiling and welcoming staff who ready to make sure you’ll have a great workout. The club has shower facilities and offers lockers and towel rental. The reception is manned during the entire opening hours.

By public transportation there are many metro stations close to the gym, the closest actually being Gare Centrale. The closest Metro stop is Station Square Victoria-oaci.

In the old historic district of Montreal, you will find the Notre-Dame Basilica dated back to the 17th century. By 1824 the construction for the Notre-Dame Basilica, as we know it today, started as the old church was no longer capable of accommodating the growing numbers. The tourist attraction is very well known for its unique interior design and decoration ranging from its historical stained-glass windows to its blue colored vaults which is ornamented with golden stars.
Within a few minutes’ walk from the Notre-Dame Basilica you can find the Saint-Sulpice Seminary and Place d’Armes square. The Saint-Sulpice Seminary is one of the oldest buildings in Montreal founded in 1657. Its known for its classical U-shaped structure and was listed as a National Historic Site of Canada in 1980. The Place d’Armes square is famous for its sculpture of the founder of Montreal, Paul de Chomedey, also it is the second oldest public square in Montreal.
