Numerous cardio machines bathed in natural light from large windows make up one part of the gym floor, while another is dominated by a wide array of strength training equipment and free weights from Hammer Strength. You’ll also find a turf area and TRX frame. After you’ve finished your workout, a sauna is also available.

Botanical Garden

The Botanical Garden is one Montreal’s proud sites attracting up to a million visitors every year. It was founded in 1931 with the purpose of educating the public and preserving endangered plant species. The many unique Gardens and greenhouses the Garden offers aee spread over an area of 75 hectares. The Garden is home to more than 22.000 types and of plants, trees and flowers, as well as more than 200 bird species. It is considered to be one of the world’s most important botanical gardens and was selected as a National Historic site of Canada in 2008.

The Botanical Garden is located in the Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie district of Montreal and is only a few minutes’ walk from the Olympic Stadium. The Olympic Stadium was built to be the main venue for the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal and has since become home to the baseball and football teams in Montreal.
